Paddock — Careers

01Careers

Work on cars people love.

Paddock was built by enthusiasts, and it's staffed by them. If you know why a lifetime fluid isn't, or why the espresso matters as much as the torque log — we should talk.

Choreography, not hurry

The hour is a discipline, not a stopwatch culture. Every step has time budgeted to be done properly — that's the whole point.

Paid mastery

Factory certification on the clock, tool budgets, and marque rotations. Your skills appreciate here — like the cars.

Your name on the work

The technician who does the work walks the owner through it. Photographed, logged, signed. Pride is the quality system.

The interview question is simple: what do you drive?

02Master technician program

Eighteen months to the bay plaque.

A paid path from capable wrench to marque master. Factory scan tooling — ISTA, XENTRY, PIWIS, ODIS — rotations across every marque we serve, and the torque discipline that defines the house. Graduates get their name on the bay and first pick of new lounges.

Months 1–6

Foundations

The 38-point inspection, fluids and filtration, the choreography of the hour — under a master's eye.

Months 7–14

Marque rotations

Porsche to Land Rover, factory tools and factory procedures. You learn why each marque is different, not just how.

Months 15–18

Mastery

Diagnostics, pre-purchase inspections, and running a bay solo. Then the plaque goes up.
